Since 2005, we have produced customized vibration dampers for Consensa Danish manufacturer of high-end electric actuators for various machines where there is a need to either lift, lower, pull or push something in a smooth motion.

Concens sought a customized solution where the rubber not only smooths out shaking and vibration, but also bonds two metal parts together. By bonding the two metal parts together with rubber molding, their finished vibration damper achieves unmatched durability and wear resistance.

Since 2005, we have had the pleasure of various molded rubber solutions from Olet Industrigummi, and now RG ROM GUMMI. Since the beginning, they have produced approx. 145,000 rubber components for us and are therefore an important supplier to this day. We are pleased with their system deliveries, where they are now responsible for purchasing the metal parts needed for the rubber components – which optimizes the process for us.
